Stopped by Midtown Bluebird in Coeur d’Alene and it did not disappoint.

Tried the flank steak sandwich, and it really stood out. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with tons of flavor that comes through in every bite. Everything was balanced just right, from the seasoning to the texture, making it a sandwich worth returning for.

Also had to go for the tater tot poutine, and yeah… this one’s a winner. Crispy tots loaded up with pork belly and a Cougar Gold cheese sauce that’s creamy, bold, and just indulgent enough without going overboard. Every bite hits that perfect comfort-food balance.

Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in CDA.
