The amount of times, in the past couple weeks, that I’ve been asked what got me into sports photography and why I dont try to make money from it is crazy. So for those of you who don’t care to take the time to read, here’s the story behind my photography page.

Ive always liked football in general as most of you know I’ve got a cousin who plays, #50 Evan Wells, who is more like a brother. One friday night, during our freshman year, I thought it be fun to go out and take some pics of him playing to give to his momma (my aunt Paula Well). Fast foreward 4 years later and I cant be happier I made that decision and I definitley can’t put into words how appreciative Evan has been which always made me more passionate about doing it. He truly is the reason I got into sports photography and why I love it as much I do. So everytime I get asked why I do what I do, I reply with “I’ve got a brother/cousin out there playing who deserves some spotlight.” Tonight he played his last game and I’m so glad I was there with him on the field doing what I love. So thank you Ev. You had a heck of a run buddy.
