Caught this guy off guard bedded down with his doe right on the edge of the creek. Was walking down the trail and see his doe kick up, kept walking and behind me I could hear a deer in the thicket where the doe had just jumped up. Backtracked a couple steps and seen this guy with his antlers all caught up in some vines/ thorns so I crept down the trail another 10 yards and he got himself untangled and walked to about 5 yards to me and I dropped him on the spot, my 3rd biggest buck ever. Couldn’t be more happy and relieved to sleep in 😂🤘🏼
