As a professional photographer and a mom of 3 (with a fresh baby who arrived last August) I completely understand that there is no way to know exactly when the baby comes. For that reason I offer flexible date for you Fresh 48 session! As well as a bundling discount when you book 4 services: maternity, Fresh 48, Half way there (6 months old) and Fisrt Birthday (cake smash if you like)!

Babies are the light of our life. Their sweet little faces, tiny fingers and toes, fresh baby smell, unconditional trust and cozy embrace capture my heart like nothing else in the whole world.

What an honor it is to take new baby first pictures. What a luxury to know someone is the first days of their life. I love at home "Fresh 48" sessions. They just make sense. Babies and parents feel more comfortable and relaxed, memories are made and no carseats are involved. Perfection 🥰

It's been a minute since I have updated my page. Hi! I am Natalie. I am the owner of Black Hills Pixels and professional photographer with nearly 2 decades of experience.

Since 2011 I have been providing photography services in the Black Hills and surrounding areas. While my heart belongs to the more intimate family sessions, I have also photographed countless weddings from the Badlands of South Dakota to the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.

I take pride in providing luxurious yet personable experience to all my brides and families alike.

When I am not busy watching the world through the lens of my cameras, I am a mom to three rambunctious kiddos 6 and under, a wife to a real Mountain Man, a gardener, baker and all kinds of crafter.

I am excited to meet new families, seniors and babies in 2026 as well as continue to provide high quality professional photography services to old friends. Need updated family photos or have a senior graduating this year? Give me a call!
