Congratulations to Mercedes & Diego! Being around these two, you can instantly see just how much love they have for one another. I had the sweetest honor of capturing the beginning of their next chapter together. ❤️

From Mercedes taking off the blindfold and realizing what was happening, to Diego looking nervous, excited, and completely in love… every emotion was written all over their faces. And yes, I was behind the camera tearing up right along with them. 🥹

Wishing these two a lifetime filled with love, happiness, and countless blessings as they prepare for marriage. Here’s to forever. 🤍

Bringing creative backdrops to life for my clients is one of the things that makes me happiest about photography. I love being able to take an idea and turn it into something that makes their photos feel even more special.

For this session, mom knew she wanted a photo with both of her daughters right beside her. It may look like a simple pose, but it represents so much more. The bond they share, the comfort of being together, and a moment in their lives they’ll always be able to look back on.

I love being a part of these meaningful moments, and I’m so thankful for every client who trusts me to bring their vision to life. 🤍

Can y’all tell it’s Leo season? ♌️✨

Round two with Luz in front of my camera! I met Luz years ago when we were both studying at STC, and she’s been someone I’ve looked up to ever since.

Our friendship is the definition of a cactus friendship. We can go forever without talking, but the second we catch up, it’s like no time has passed.

Getting to create this backdrop specifically for her birthday session made this one even more special. Luz, if you see this, ilysm! Thank you for continuing to support Golden Feather and for trusting me with another session. 💛

A little backstory on this green chair: I originally found it on Facebook Marketplace for my new studio office, but I knew it would double as the perfect prop. Everyone questioned the color… I think the vision came together pretty well.

If you asked me what my favorite type of session is to photograph, I’d say baby announcements every single time. 🤍

There’s just something so special about being trusted with one of your biggest little secrets and getting to capture all the excitement and love before the rest of the world knows. Seeing how happy and excited couples are during these sessions always makes my heart so full.

But this one meant a little more to me. This past weekend, I had the honor of capturing such a special milestone for two of my friends. I’m beyond happy for you both and so grateful I got to be a small part of this chapter.
