Sunset photos will always be one of our favorite parts of a wedding day.

One thing we always suggest to our couples is setting aside a little time during the evening for sunset portraits. Whether it's right after dinner, between events at the reception, or while guests are mingling and enjoying themselves, these few extra minutes together can create some of the most beautiful images from your entire wedding day.

Many couples choose to spend cocktail hour catching up with family and friends, enjoying appetizers, and soaking in the celebration. Then, as the sun begins to get lower in the sky, we sneak away for 10-15 minutes to capture those dreamy golden-hour portraits before the sun disappears.

The soft golden light creates a romantic glow that simply can't be replicated at any other time of day. It's also a chance for the two of you to step away from the crowd, take a breath, and enjoy a few quiet moments together as newlyweds before the party continues.

A beautiful sunny June day was the perfect setting for Olivia and Hunter to become one. With a gentle breeze in the air and comfortable temperatures, it truly felt like the perfect day to celebrate their love surrounded by family and friends.
