Josh & Aubrey. Their dance floor filled almost immediately and never slowed down. Between the heartfelt speeches, the surprise first dance for the bride's parents and the groomsmen's perfectly planned surprise, there was never a dull moment. What a fun day celebrating these two at Pond View Barn!

These two made sure there wasn't much we had to do to create great photos. They were constantly sneaking in another kiss, laughing together and soaking up every second of the day. Even the summer heat couldn't slow the day down and we snagged one of the most beautiful golden hours of the year at one of our favorite venues to wrap it all up. There are some families who become part of your story and these four girls are definitely part of ours. We still remember when they were little, running around together playing ghost in the graveyard and putting on performances for the adults. Now somehow they're all seniors, each becoming incredible young women in their own unique way. It's been one of life's greatest privileges to watch them grow up through our cameras and through our lives. Time has a way of sneaking up on you... and we're so grateful.

That final newborn pose doesn't happen all at once. We move slowly, one tiny adjustment at a time, giving baby plenty of time to settle and rest between each step. A little hand, a tiny foot, a gentle head turn... then we pause. Before long, all those small moments come together into the peaceful pose in the finished image. Patience is a necessity with each little one we're able to photograph.

You can use your phone to capture the first smile, the first yawn, the tiny fingers, the sleepy snuggles and all the little moments that make those first weeks unforgettable.
