When we bought this property last year I had big ideas for this abandoned shed! I’m so excited to finally start the project of turning it into my dream photography studio. I’ll be able to offer *AIR CONDITIONED* summer sessions, studio headshots for local professionals, rain or shine sessions, newborns in studio, and I’m sure I’ll come up with more fun ideas for this space! In home sessions are a totally different vibe from your standard field or studio sessions. Let me tell you why.

Kids are comfortable. Parents aren't fighting for their life to get out the door without a stain, tear, or bo**er -- and THEN bartering with goldfish when someone doesn't want to smile. And don't worry, your home doesn't have to be spotless. Homes are lived in, shoes are at the door, and toys are out!

My favorite part? I always capture the most genuine expressions and personalities of littles when they are in their own space!

This session was done with only two windows in one room. There's zero posing involved. Zero pressure.

Mom got him dressed, got some laundry done, and went about her morning while I did my thing. He watched Ms. Rachel, played in the living room, he showed me his coffee table hiding spot, and at the end of our time together, we even celebrated a few new steps!

Trust me - THESE are the moments you'll want to remember.
