AT The Right Moment took a trip to West Virginia! A couple of weekends ago, I made the trek down to attend my nieces-to-be’s baby shower, and my extended family decided it was the perfect time to celebrate the littles — and the whole crew being together — with some extended family photos.

I was truly honored that they trusted me to capture such a special moment. It was a blast seeing everyone, photographing all the great (and often silly) moments, and the gorgeous West Virginia fall colors that made the perfect backdrop. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

I had a great time photographing the Montalvo-Hawkins family! It was such a relaxed and meaningful session, and I’m really glad I got to be a part of it.

What made it even more special was getting to take these photos while their grandma was in town visiting from out of the country. It felt like an honor to help them capture that time together.
