I'm incredibly honored to announce that my photographic entry, 'Spiritual Sunrise,' has won Best of Show at the 2025 KVIE Art Auction! A huge thank you to the curator, jurors and KVIE for this unbelievable recognition. It means even more knowing that this event helps raise funds for our local PBS station – a truly worthy cause.
Congratulations to all the 2025 artists & those honored with awards, including my friend Kathy !
I'm still pinching myself & looking forward to the KVIE Art reception in September! 🥹

Mazel Tov Bryce (& his family) on becoming a Bar Mitzvah yesterday!
Bryce did a wonderful job leading the service, chanting Torah & teaching the congregation... then had a great celebration afterwards with family & friends!

Mazel tov to James, who will become a Bar Mitzvah on this Shabbat.
What a wonderful young man who will be celebrating at my own synagogue (while I will be photographing another Bar Mitzvah in our community). It was so nice that I could capture the portraits for this wonderful day in advance for his family.
