One of the questions I get asked most is, "What's the difference between a lifestyle newborn session and a posed newborn session?"

The answer is….both are beautiful. It just depends on the kind of memories you want to preserve.

🤍 Lifestyle Newborn Sessions take place in the comfort of your home (or another meaningful location) and focus on natural connection. They're relaxed, baby-led, and capture your family just as you are snuggling on the couch, rocking your little one, and soaking up those first days together.

🤍 Posed Newborn Sessions are more styled and artistic. These sessions feature carefully posed images of your baby, often using wraps, blankets, props, and backdrops to create timeless portraits that highlight all of those tiny newborn details.

I love offering both because every family has a different vision. Some are drawn to the authentic storytelling of a lifestyle session, while others love the classic look of posed portraits. And if you can't decide, we can even create a session that includes a little of both!

No matter which style you choose, my goal is the same: to create beautiful images that you'll treasure for years to come. ✨
