The magic of a wedding gallery is usually in the things that weren’t on the timeline.
It’s shooting through the ironwork of Gate 16 instead of doing another generic garden pose. It’s catching the flower girl mesmerized by the dance floor, the movement of water behind reception florals, and the weight of the rings against raw stone and satin.
I don’t just want to hand you photos of what your wedding looked like. I want to give you back the perspective of everyone in the room including the quiet, cinematic views you never had time to stop and see.

Let’s be honest: about 90% of the grooms I work with start the day by telling me they hate having their picture taken.
And that is totally fine.
You do not have to spend an hour stiffly smiling at a camera or doing awkward, overly staged poses. In fact, some of the strongest photos from the morning aren’t traditional portraits at all.
Focusing on documentary style prep and close up details gives you an elevated, editorial look without the pressure:
Adjusting your cufflinks or tie naturally while hanging out.
Close ups of the watch, the ring, and custom details like embroidered cuffs.
Candid, relaxed movement instead of “stand here and say cheese.”
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes, keeps things completely low stress, and still gives you timeless images to complete your wedding day story.
