Some conversations shape what comes next for our region, and we photographed one of them.

We had the privilege of capturing the 2026 Legislative Wrap-Up for the Roanoke Chamber and Roanoke County-Salem Chamber, where regional business leaders gathered with members of our state delegation to reflect on this year’s General Assembly session.

Honestly, it was encouraging considering how divisive politics can be. Legislatures on both sides of the aisle are working together on major improvements to the airport. With these improvements, Roanoke will be able to attract more non-stop flights!

Grateful to help document meaningful moments for the people and organizations moving our region forward.

We're heading to the season opener tonight, so I started looking through some pics we've taken over the years at Salem Memorial Stadium.

Keegan snapped a photo of the fence at the kid's diamond because he liked the Sandlot vibe of it. And, the scorebox with Boston v. Salem has me wondering what a game between us and the major league team would be like.

Would it be one-sided? Probably. But what could be more unique than that!?
