This session was especially meaningful to me for so many reasons. Almost 5 years ago, you gave me the opportunity to photograph and film one of the most important days of your life, your wedding. Shortly after, I had the joy of seeing you become a mother… and now life has gifted me the chance to witness you accomplish yet another beautiful purpose in your journey.

You have not only allowed me to be part of some of your happiest and most meaningful moments, but you have also inspired me along the way. There are achievements measured by titles… and others that are reflected in the way a person moves through life.

We had the opportunity to photograph Jay, a genuinely kind, humble, and light-filled human being. And I believe that means even more.

Because behind every graduation there are long nights, doubts, exhaustion, sacrifices, and an entire journey that most people never get to see. But there is also the heart with which that journey was lived.

What a beautiful thing it is to see someone come so far without losing their humility along the way. ✨🎓
