Hello to all my wonderful friends and clients! It’s been a while since I last shared an update, so I want to reconnect, introduce myself to newcomers, and share a little bit about myself.
Let me reintroduce the artist behind the camera! For those new here, my name is Laura Villarreal. I’m a proud mom and wife with a passion for capturing moments through my lens. Alongside my family life, I work full-time as a Phlebotomist—balancing the worlds of motherhood, love, and creativity,
My photography journey began back in 2011, when I was just 16. Photography classes and a camera for Christmas set my creative mind free! I dove into editing, exploring angles, mastering camera settings (still learning!), and capturing life’s beautiful moments. After taking a break, I rediscovered my love for photography in 2021, using it as a form of healing after the sudden loss of my father. Picking up my camera again helped me find strength and renewed passion, and since then, my skills and portfolio have continued to grow.
In my absense these past couple months I learned its healing to allow yourself the time to figure it out. Never forget there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and no situation is ever bad forever. Life is a roller coaster full of unexpected twists and turns. It’s a reminder to cherish every moment, to prioritize mental health, and to give yourself the grace to pause, breathe, and heal. Remember, this space is always here for positivity, support, and encouragement.
