Experiencing the food fresh from the farm right across the road from where I reside, is a place I really never expected to find inside of this Orange County bubble I’ve called home for the majority of my life.
I tried to escape this bubble and go to the mountains of Arizona and the mountains of North Carolina too. I tried so hard to run away. You don’t even know.
But I was brought right back to the heart of where I grew up, where I went to school, and now where I live and am raising my children with my favorite human, my husband.
Then I was stationed to live in a neighborhood right across from this amazing Farm we’ve watched grow and eaten from many times. It’s been the biggest blessing.
To meet the people who make this all work and experience the true sense of community surrounded by the beauty of growing food that’s nourishing my family makes me feel like it’s going to be allright.
Focus on the good.
