Young barn owl waiting out the daylight. I shot this early morning under a bridge overpass where the owl has its nest with a Canon EOS 5 DSR & handheld Canon 400mm f2.8 with image stabilization. I used Photoshop Generative Fill to place the owl on a tree branch in a dark forest. The result speaks for itself.

Photoshop Beta Generative Fill adaptation of a sprinter taken in late afternoon with two Profoto OCFs. I then converted the image to black & white in Lightroom & edited for a high contrast dramatic look. The text prompt I used was “nighttime on a sand beach under a full moon.”
