This Engineer has summarized most of the experiences I had in my earlier career in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction field. One small advantage I had was having attended an all-girl high school, where I had no choice but to believe I could do anything and everything I wanted. But too bad we didn't have shop classes!! Thankfully I had a father who provided that...Bravo Ms Andracsek!

For me, the differences in treatment started in two high school shop classes.
