At the fundraiser, "Revelry," we were excited to unveil a unique interactive art piece designed by Andrew Evans. The piece started as a pristine white 3D canvas, eagerly awaiting its transformation. Guests donned goggles and joined in the fun, creating an experience reminiscent of the memorable paint scene from The Princess Diaries. 💌 🦢

As the evening progressed, paint-filled balloons were burst, each pop adding vibrant splashes of color to the canvas. This playful process revealed the phrase "State of Play" in clean white letters against the colorful backdrop. The final effect was a striking contrast that highlighted the message in a visually stunning way.

The room buzzed with laughter and lively festivities as our community came together to support ODC Theater. 🎭🎵🎶

"Revelry" (noun): lively and noisy festivities shared among friends and community... 🎨🖌️

With this model, our clients were able to demonstrate the before and after with model puzzle pieces. Seeing the actual relationship between the neighborhood and the quarry, and having the benefit of this tool to present the plan, leaves very little to the imagination. Therein lies the value of a model in the presentation of a long term plan. And, yes… San Rafael and the San Francisco bay do look this beautiful from above!
