When choosing your location for your shoots I highly suggest not over looking your own space. It won’t matter if it’s raining, really bad weather. The time of day can be a little less important. (With a caveat to that! If there is a time the sun shines through certain windows, it can actually add a great deal of interest to the images. Sometimes we can re create it with studio lights but the sun lends itself well to that) we don’t need to worry about how many people will be there or traveling. There’s so much to do inside as well that will create awesome images. It’s way more intimate. You don’t have to have the perfect house to make great images but if you prefer somewhere else Airbnb or are fantastic options. This indoor session was also a lot more relaxed for since the day before did not go as planned for her. It allowed for a mellow and relaxed vibe. You can even Eliot it up do half of your shoot indoors and the other half outside to get a good mix. I need more of these shoots in my life, so let’s shoot inside!

While we as a CA state come to a realization that the ideas of the type of weddings we envisioned for ourselves are not going to be possible this year and either need to be changed to fit the guidelines or postponed to next year, I still miss shooting inside this beautiful building. I do look forward to the day that I will be shooting there again but absolutely understand the necessity in waiting. We will beat this! Together we are strong! .

This week was a lovely week of 3 weddings for me. Each unique to fit each couples personalities. I love wedding that are out of the box! None of this traditional stuff just because it's traditional is needed. Be you, be full of love and just have fun! I can't wait to show more of this one tomorrow! They had a beautiful marriage at The Palace of Fine Arts.
