Destination wedding – and high school reunion – all in one!

I was overjoyed to be asked by some longtime friends to photograph their wedding in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, on a beautiful golf course. I’ve known many members of the bridal party for years, and they were as relaxed and good-natured a group as ever. Erin’s dress was gorgeous, and Jeremy’s two-toned bowties were super sharp – it all added up to a very classic wedding. Taking a golf cart tour of the course was a wonderful way to bring out the playful side in everybody… we raced one another down every fairway! I know Erin Thompson and Jeremy Bannon will keep one another’s spirits light, because they are supremely fun people and their wedding took after them wonderfully.

I had the pleasure of photographing Melissa and Roman's wedding at Zephyr Cove on Lake Tahoe's southeast shore! The setting was breathtaking and resonated with the couple's outdoorsy personalities. We had gorgeous weather with some warm rain and dazzling clouds over the lake... Melissa and Roman are wonderfully laid-back together, and a complete joy to work with! Wishing them the best :)

Wow, another amazing wedding - this time with two longtime friends over the Canada Day weekend! Perfect weather, fabulously fun guests, and a great deal of catching up. I am honoured (spelled the Canadian way!) to have been included and can't wait to dive into the rest of these photos!!

SNEAK PEEK ALERT!!!
Last weekend I had the opportunity of a lifetime - photograph the wedding of Melissa and Roman Huff, two incredibly relaxed and fun-loving people, mere feet from the water's edge of Lake Tahoe. This couple brings out the best in one another, and their family and friends are wonderful. I had a blast and am so grateful this amazing new family let me join them for their special day!

I met these lovely friends-of-friends at the Palace of Fine Arts on a cloudless, beautiful Saturday afternoon. We watched the sunset - and the tourists - before wandering into the Presidio at dusk! These two are a perfect fit for each other, and very natural in front of a camera :)
