First of all, happy 2022. ✨This is a mixed feeling for some of us having a hard time being fully able to celebrate for one reason or another, and yet still in ways refreshing after taking the time to look for a little light and hope in our different circumstances. Some things I am feeling good about are the F I L M scans I just got back from 😆😆 This has honestly really cheered me up quite a bit and got me excited about offering film shoots down the road again and my own personal projects currently.
It’s been a long time since I’ve posted because for one, having a 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old is…well…eventful. Secondly there always seemed to be too much going on out there to post a seemingly insignificant photo that could be insensitive to the times. It’s hard to show something carefree and happy when not everyone is feeling carefree and happy at the time.
My hope for this year is to be authentic, keep showing up for people, and to build up my community through projects that I am passionate about seeing positive growth and change. ✨

Prepping some little outfits for our baby girl! Glad there are so many more companies making organic cotton clothing now. 🌿
I bought a lot of gray for our first baby wanting to avoid basic pinks and blues. Now I find myself looking for fresh, creamy neutrals, pops of color—anything but gray!

Words cannot express how honored I am to carry this wonderful gift. Our baby girl is making her debut in August! Hollis gets to be a big brother and we are thrilled to become a family of four–an absolute dream. ✨

I'm so excited to help welcome The Lodge (formerly The Elk's Lodge), back as one of Southern Oregon's finest event venues!! It's newly remodeled Sun Parlor is nearing completion and will be ready to reserve for your next corporate event, bridal shower, or photo session soon!

One of my first shoots after moving back from San Francisco {yes, MOVING!} to the Rogue Valley this summer was for Thirrteen Mercantile and Design. I was delighted to find out about this new shop while in town getting our house ready for the move.

Driving through the country roads in Southern Oregon early September brought such a feeling of calm and adventure. When I reached Peach Rock Farm out passed Applegate it was everything I hoped. Brianna gave me a tour of the acres of property bordering the Rogue River where she tends to fruit orchards, flower and vegetable gardens, and (baby!) chickens.
