Sometimes, this job isn’t easy. At my age, you have to stay sharp, prepared, brave, and resilient enough to accept that results rarely follow a straight path. Outcomes are often like hypotheses: they evolve, adapt, and surprise you along the way. The journey is unpredictable, filled with twists and challenges that force you to rethink and recalibrate constantly. But maybe that’s where real growth happens—when you’re navigating uncertainty, finding clarity in chaos, and realizing that each turn holds the potential for something unexpected, maybe even better than what you set out to achieve, even if right now it feels like nothing is being achieved at all.
All I know is that the people who work with me, who collaborate with me, appreciate me. And even if I’m not enough for some people, I am enough for myself. Because without starting, it’s impossible to achieve anything. Even if we have to pause sometimes, dynamism means creating new stable points and being willing to reinvent them.
