The Reverie Lens

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but behind the scenes I’ve been keeping busy! ✨

I recently had the opportunity to photograph 1776 with Honey Pearl Productions, and I’m so excited to finally share some of these images.

These photos are a little different from what I typically share on The Reverie Lens. My heart usually lives in dreamy portraits, golden light, and quiet little moments, but there is something so special about capturing the energy, emotion, and storytelling that happens on stage! It has been so much fun!!

More than anything, this experience has been such a joy because of the people. This cast and crew have been absolutely amazing to work with, and some of the most fun moments I’ve had behind my camera have come from being part of this production. There were so many times where it didn’t even feel like work, just getting to create alongside such talented and wonderful people.

A huge thank you to Connie for creating such a wonderful environment to be a part of. Her kindness, creativity, and passion for what she does really shines through, and it has truly been a pleasure getting to be a small part of bringing these productions to life and capturing these memories.

I can’t wait for the next one and getting to do it all again with Pilgrim’s Progress! ❤️

Looking back on them now, 250 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the Founding Fathers seem almost mythical, like all-knowing beings who managed to slay the giant to bring independence to the America we know today.

I got to hang out with sweet little Miss Suzie on her very first birthday 🥹🎂 She has always been the most well-behaved baby. I’ve honestly never even heard her whine 🤍

She sat so perfectly for this shoot, and everything turned out so beautiful ✨

Long time, no post!

I haven’t had much to post about on here that is relevant to the type of photography I promote here on this page, but there has been some fun and exciting things I’ve been doing in the past few months during the off-season (wish the sun would return!!!) that I am proud of and I wanted to show you guys what I’ve been up to!

Honey Pearl Productions had me do some promo shots for their play and they were published in the Sandpoint reader and the spokesman review! So I guess you could say I’m a published photographer now 😂 lol but besides that, I also took some during their play and I’ll show some of those as well. It’s been great to work with honey pearl productions and I’m so excited to work with them on their next play 1776!
