Found a döner truck in Sarasota run by a guy from Hamburg who’s been making it the real way for years. Shaved meat, warm fluffy bread, fresh toppings, no shortcuts. This is the closest you’re getting to Germany without a plane ticket. 🥙 Kebab.on.wheels

Sarasota only has three restaurants in the Michelin Guide, and one of them is a pizza spot hiding in a Gulf Gate strip mall. 🍕

Tralia is the only pizza place on the list. Here’s exactly what to get:

The MVP: Marinara, vodka sauce, and pesto on one pie. This is the specific one Michelin singled out.

Roni and Hot Honey: Cup and char pepperoni with hot honey. Get it Detroit style if you want the thick, crispy edges.

The Caesar: It comes with black garlic breadcrumbs. Seriously, order it even if you never normally order a salad.

Fun fact: Michelin inspectors eat anonymously and pay their own bill. So somebody quietly ate this in a Gulf Gate strip plaza and nobody knew until the list came out.
