Credentials: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
USAW Level 1
Favorite movement: Muscle-ups
Least favorite: Thrusters
Coaching experience: 8 years
Why do you like coaching: It is for the aha moments. The moments when my athletes did something they had been working on or that they never thought they could do. I would equate it to the “proud parent” moment. I especially love improving athletes in their gymnastic movements.

Just a few days away from the at the UBU Expo in Phoenix, AZ.
I am super excited to announce that I will be shooting the Competition!
Come out to WestWorld of Scottsdale on Saturday to see some amazing athletes throwdown and explore the awesome fitness expo.
There will also be powerlifting, Olympic lifting and bodybuilding events going on as well.
