I went with SISIG + BBQ, plus pancit and rice … and BABY, they did NOT disappoint ! The sisig was ON FIRE 🔥, the BBQ had that perfect smoky, savory flavor, and the best part ? Not greasy at all ! 👏

That first bite had me like … “ Yep, I’m coming back ! ” 😂❤️

We discovered a new Filipino restaurant in the area, owned by their relatives and wow, the food did NOT disappoint ! So good, comforting, and full of that homemade Filipino flavor we love.

Tonight’s dinner is the ultimate Filipino comfort food … fish head soup + steaming hot rice ! 🐟🍚❤️

I used the fish head to make the broth, and WOW … the flavor was EVERYTHING ! 🤤🔥 The fish was from Seafood City in California, and the best part ? 🌱 I threw in vegetables straight from my own garden. Freshly harvested, homemade, and made with love.

Sometimes the simplest meals are the ones that hit the spot the hardest. 🥹❤️

SURPRISE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ! ❤️

The table was all set … well, almost ! 😂 I wasn’t even able to put the food out because my husband came home earlier than expected! So, me and the kids grabbed the cake, lit the candle, and started singing “Happy Birthday” the moment he opened the door and walked into the kitchen. 🥹❤️

Today, we surprised the man who means the world to us! 🥰 I made a quick Costco trip to get his birthday cake and pizzas and a bouquet of flowers and of course, I couldn’t leave without grabbing some balloons and birthday cards too. 🎂🍕🎈

It may not have gone exactly as planned, but honestly, those are the moments we remember most. ❤️ Seeing his face light up when he realized the kids and I were waiting to celebrate him made it all worth it.

Happy Birthday to the best husband and an amazing daddy! We love you more than words can say. ❤️🎉
