This is how I show up for myself, and it’s something I’m proud of!! 💪🏻🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 I never in my life thought I would have any type of medal, but here I am with 6 golds and a life long love for Jiu Jitsu ❤️❤️❤️

On this journey, progress can feel slow, sometimes it can feel like you’re going backwards, but nothing in life happens at a linear progression. So even if “going backwards” is a part of your journey to your highest self, it’s important to remember that it’s all for you. It’s part of the plan. I’ve tried losing weight so many times in my life, but this time I noticed something different that I had never felt before. I was not disgusted by myself, I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t even in a hurry. For the first time ever I believed in myself and I had a reason to keep going for MYSELF. All day long my heart was filled with visions of progress and a better me. I know that made all the difference. I’m so thankful I’ve come as far as I have, but it’s not over. Progress and self realization is a life long journey, where we learn who we are from the challenges given to us and nurture the parts of ourselves that we love. So here’s a post to myself.. and anyone who wants to celebrate this amazing life with me 🌻❤️🎉🥷🫯💪

On this journey, progress can feel slow, sometimes it can feel like you’re going backwards, but nothing in life happens at a linear progression. Jiu Jitsu is so special, because it meets you where you’re at. EVERY TIME. Jiu Jitsu never asks you to be something you’re not (at times you will ask yourself to be something you aren’t)but it is a tool to build yourself, brick by brick into the person that you demand from yourself. Today’s seminar with NORMAN JULIAN VELAZQUEZ and Tri Quang was incredible! They embodied so much of what I love about jiu jitsu and met every single person who came right where they were with no judgement, only love ! I’m so thankful for this experience ❤️❤️❤️thank you guys! And everyone else who was there including my wonderful, amazing husband that I get to share all of these incredible experiences with! We’re all helping each other build the best versions of ourselves !

Yesterday was such an amazing day. It was the universe coming thru shaking me, and saying “LOOK!! Even when there is doubt, we are working for you!” I’ve been doing some inner work, calibrating my own energies to receive and attract the people and experiences that are for me. So it’s no coincidence that this amazing “Flourish Your Soul” event happened on the 8/8 lions gate! An incredible woman: Brittney Tollinchi | Founder, The Courage Community had a beautiful vision that included her pouring her heart and soul into other women, women she doesn’t even know, some she didn’t even meet. When I got home from this event, just amazed that I was able to witness ideas in action and the birth of something incredible, I noticed the word of the day in my phone was NURTURE. I got to be there to NURTURE this brand new little bean sprout of an idea that with some love and care will grow into a magic bean stalk (but no cannibalistic giants at the top). These are some of my photos from the pop up Photo Booth that I set up at this event to help women feel freekin BEAUTIFUL.
