Theodore Roosevelt National Park completely exceeded our expectations.

Thereā€™s something incredible about standing in a landscape that looks so rugged and unforgiving, yet somehow supports life through scorching summers and brutally cold winters. The vast North Dakota Badlands have a beauty thatā€™s hard to put into wordsā€”and photos barely do them justice.

Itā€™s easy to see why Theodore Roosevelt fell in love with this place. As he wrote:

ā€œThe Bad Landsā€¦ are so fantastically broken in form and so bizarre in color as to seem hardly properly to belong to this earth.ā€

If Theodore Roosevelt National Park isnā€™t on your list yet, it should be.

We absolutely LOVED the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, ND! It was very interactive and they leveraged AI for some really fun stuffā€¦..like these throw back pictures! SOMEONE had to be silly! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

We had no idea how much fun we would have in Minnesota!! When we found out there were amazing mountain biking trails, we were alllll in! Wish we could stay forever on Minerā€™s Mountain near Crosby, MN!
