**WE’RE HIRING: STUDIO ASSISTANT** 🤍
I’ve reached the point in my business where I’m ready to bring someone into the studio with me.... and I’m looking for a very special kind of person.
This is not just an “answer emails and keep things organized” position.
I’m looking for someone who is equal parts ✨organized, people-loving + let’s figure it out energy. ✨
Someone who is comfortable talking to people, solving problems, learning new things and wearing a lot of different hats.
You’ll have your hands in a little bit of everything around here. Behind-the-scenes content, client experience, systems + workflows, sales, studio organization, tracking numbers and analytics, helping me figure out what’s working and what could be working better.
**You might be my person if you:**
✨ Are extremely organized + detail-oriented
✨ Genuinely enjoy spreadsheets, systems and tracking data
✨ Are a self-starter and don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next
✨ Can prioritize when there are 12 things happening at once
✨ Are friendly, warm and really good with people
✨ Communicate directly and are comfortable giving + receiving feedback
✨ Are comfortable with sales and talking to potential clients
✨ Can capture great behind-the-scenes photo/video content on a phone
✨ Understand social media and aren’t afraid to learn what you don’t know
✨ Care about the tiny details that make a client experience feel really special
✨ Are comfortable working in the world of bo***ir photography
✨ Are adaptable, because things change quickly around here
✨ Want to grow into more responsibility rather than stay in one tiny little job description forever
More than anything, I want someone who **gets what we’re doing here, cares deeply about our clients and takes pride in making things run really freaking well.**
This will start as a ***part-time, in-person position in Sioux Falls**, primarily Tuesday–Thursday during studio hours.
And for the right person, there is a LOT of room to grow.
You do **not** need to already be a photographer or know a single thing about photography. I care a lot more about your brain, your initiative, your communication skills and whether you’re the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks, “I can figure that out.”
