The further I roam from the life that named me, the closer I become to the soul beneath every title. Somewhere between unfamiliar streets and endless horizons, I stop performing who I’m expected to be—and quietly remember who I’ve always been

It's been a hot minute (summer). But we're back with pickup touch rugby this Saturday at 10:00 AM at Bonds Career Center Field in Greer!

And all y'all are welcome.

No experience? Perfect.

Out of shape? So are some of us.

Haven't touched a rugby ball in your life? Doesn't matter.

Touch rugby is fast, fun, and surprisingly easy to pick up. It's all the competition without the collisions, and a great way to get moving again with a group that's more interested in having a good time than keeping score.

Bring a friend. The stakes have never been lower.

Come see what you've been missing.

A world where color seems to breathe—where light pours through every curve of glass, scattering into brilliant shades that awaken the imagination. ✨

Through bold forms and radiant hues, Chihuly transforms glass into something that feels alive—each piece carrying its own rhythm, emotion, and story. It is more than art illuminated by light; it is life, love, and wonder captured in color, inviting you to see beauty from an entirely different perspective. 🌈

Some places don’t simply display art—they make you feel as though you’ve stepped inside an artist’s imagination

A mile in my shoes quickly became ten beneath the endless skies of Juneau.

The streets led to stories. Every trail unfolded into another chapter. The scent of fresh coffee drifted from local cafés, while every meal carried the flavors and traditions of the people who have called this place home for generations. Here, the landscape doesn’t simply surround you—it teaches you to slow down, to look closer, and to listen.

Some journeys aren’t measured by the miles your feet travel, but by the wonder they awaken. By the end of the day, I couldn’t say how far I’d walked. When every corner invites curiosity and every view feels like a masterpiece painted by nature, distance quietly gives way to discovery.

Juneau isn’t just a destination—it’s a reminder that the richest adventures are the ones where you lose track of time because you’re too busy finding the world.

Who knew one place could hold the best of both worlds? Juneau is a city where everyday life unfolds beneath towering mountains, ancient forests, and waters carved by ice. Here, nature isn’t something you escape to—it becomes part of the rhythm of living.

Every trail feels like an invitation to wander deeper, where silence tells stories older than memory. The carved totem poles stand as living history, honoring the cultures that have called this land home for generations. Juneau isn’t simply a destination—it’s a reminder that some of the world’s greatest masterpieces were never painted. They were shaped by glaciers, time, and the people who continue to protect their stories.

If you listen closely, this city has been telling its story all along. 🌲🏔️

The whistle echoes through the mountains long before the train appears, as if the valley is remembering every journey that came before this one.

In Skagway, Alaska, the railroad doesn’t simply carry passengers—it carries stories. It winds through cliffs carved by glaciers, crosses rivers born from snowfields, and follows the same route that thousands of hopeful dreamers once traveled during the Klondike Gold Rush. Every turn is a reminder that some of the world’s most extraordinary places aren’t rushed—they’re experienced one breathtaking mile at a time.

Standing here, it’s impossible not to wonder how many lives these tracks have witnessed, and how many dreams still ride them today.

Some destinations change your itinerary.
Places like Skagway change your perspective.

Some places make you question whether color is necessary at all. Standing among the mountains and glaciers of Alaska, I couldn’t decide which told the story better—color, with its breathtaking blues and greens, or black and white, where every contrast, shadow, and texture seemed to speak for itself. Maybe the most powerful photographs aren’t about the colors we see, but the emotions they leave behind. What do you think—does Alaska speak louder in color or in black and white?

Some landscapes don’t just take your breath away—they leave behind a story.

From the quiet shoreline of Alaska, these mountains have stood for thousands of years, watching glaciers carve the land, tides rise and fall, and wildlife move through a world unchanged by time. If you listen closely, the silence begins to speak.

Standing here reminds you how small we are, yet how fortunate we are to witness places that remain wild, raw, and beautifully real. No photograph can truly capture the feeling of seeing Alaska with your own eyes—it can only invite you to imagine the story these mountains have been telling long before we arrived.

Some landscapes don’t ask to be photographed—they ask to be witnessed. As night settled over the Alaskan mountains, the silence became part of the scenery. Sit still long enough, and nature stops feeling like a place to visit and starts feeling like something speaking in its own language. Every mountain, every shadow, every reflection—a masterpiece still being painted. 🌙🏔️

The greatest wonders aren’t always the loudest. Sometimes they’re tucked into the curve of a leaf, the texture of ancient rock, the way light finds a single wildflower, or the quiet rhythm of water meeting the shore.

Skagway reminded me that nature doesn’t compete for our attention—it simply waits for us to slow down enough to notice.

Every detail is part of a masterpiece millions of years in the making. Travel isn’t only about reaching extraordinary places; it’s about learning to see the extraordinary in the smallest moments. 🌿🏔️✨
