Hi, I’m Cheyanne. Figured it was time to reintroduce myself since I’ve been a little quiet on here. 👋🏽 Truthfully, during slow season I take a step back. I spend more time with my family, catch up on life, and finally get around to all the house projects I’ve been putting off lol.

I’m a mom, a full-time police officer, and the one behind the camera, just trying to balance all of it and still be present for the moments that actually matter. A big reason photography means so much to me is because of my job. I’m usually showing up on people’s worst days. I see the hard, heavy parts of life more than I’d like to admit.

So when I pick up my camera, it means something to me.
I get to witness the opposite. The love, the connection, the real emotion people share when they’re just being with each other. The kind of moments that feel small now but end up meaning everything later.

That’s what I care about capturing. Not perfect, just real.
Because life moves fast, and none of this lasts forever. So stop waiting for the perfect time. This is it ✨

I always remind couples that the little things do matter. You spend months gathering the pieces that feel like “you”…the boots, the perfume, the rings, the florals, the heirlooms, all the tiny touches that make your day yours.

One of my favorite parts of a wedding day is seeing it all laid out together. Everything you’ve planned and dreamed up finally coming to life. The details tell such a big part of your story, and getting to photograph them so you can remember them forever will always be one of my favorite things. 🤍
