Today is National Photography day. I had been looking for the right picture to share, but wanted to share this instead. I’m not sure who to give photo credit to, I’ll share when I know.

The west plains are on fire right now. It’s so heartbreaking to watch all of what’s happening. This picture is from the fire that started in Medical Lake. There’s an equally big fire north east of here near Elk, WA. Keep eastern Washington in your thoughts. Thank the front line and behind the scene people that work tirelessly in times like this.

So behind, but wanted to say...

Happy belated National I Love Horses Day!!!

This is Dolly, my heart horse. She had spinal ataxia that progressed quite quickly, so in 2014 I had to say goodbye. She was such a stunning palomino pinto color. She glistened like a copper penny in the summer sun. Flashy Lazer Lite (AKA Dolly) was a National Show Horse, which is a cross between an Arabian and a Saddlebred.
