Picture day is not always what we expect or what we're hoping for. Sometimes we have big personalities, or lots of tears and and truthfully... Its OK!


Not all kids like having their picture taken and sometimes they're just uncomfortable with a stranger being in their space and telling them what to do.

So we pivot. We let them get as comfy as they can and we follow their lead. We search for bugs, or play tag, or make cow noises and sing wheels on the bus.


Big sis wasn't so sure about me at first, but by the end she was definitely warming up and THAT is a win in my book.

This line of work is such a reminder that time is just not on our side. It's here and then it's gone so darn fast. I swear just yesterday I was posting about her big sister when she was a newborn.

Hi friends ☺️

I wanted to pop on and give a quick update. My summer availability is EXTREMELY limited. As much as I love my job, my boys are living out their baseball dreams and following them is my main priority.

With that being said, I have week-evening availability only through August.

I will be launching my Fall mini sessions soon and Christmas minis will be released shortly after that.

I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine and Michigan weather.
