A special post for Rose and Jack- who were the very first couple EVER to have their wedding ceremony at the St. Louis Central Library downtown! This gorgeous building has long been a favorite spot for beautiful portraits, so it was amazing to see it step into its glory as an actual wedding ceremony venue! Rose and Jack’s original venue was damaged by the tornado that hit St. Louis in 2025- so this was the COOLEST pivot of a wedding plan!

Recently I had the honor of photographing this beautiful baby girl at the hospital just a few hours after she was born. Her family only had a very short time to love her earthside, and it felt like a sacred space to capture them holding and loving their baby in between their hello and goodbye.

Sweet little angel, you were here, you were loved, you are remembered, and I pray you feel only peace and love until your parents someday meet you again.
