Saturday I worked with the McBride's. I hadn't seen them in 9 years, when I photographed the grooms brothers wedding Jeremy and his bride Linda. To be remembered almost a decade later and called up and told I was the only choice was a HUGE compliment....Then while working this past weekend the groom Cory took the time to tell me "16 years of experience and it shows" when you're this appreciated it's hard NOT to cry. What a joy it was to see my past clients this weekend, and continue taking family heirlooms for the the McBride's.

Yesterday, I photographed a wedding.
Last night, after I got home, I stayed up and delivered every family posed photo within 2 hours… because I knew today was Mother’s Day. 🤍

There’s something really special about moms getting to wake up to brand new memories with their babies — all dressed up, all together, frozen in time.

Wedding photos aren’t just for the couple. They become keepsakes for parents, grandparents, and generations to come.

So today, while families are celebrating the women who raised them, some moms are already saving their new favorite photo from yesterday’s wedding day. And that makes the late-night editing so worth it. ✨

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, bonus moms, grandmas, and mother figures. 🤍

Saint Louis is such a tight-knit wedding industry, and honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts about being a wedding photographer here. 🤍

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work alongside so many incredibly talented wedding professionals — planners, florists, DJs, videographers, HMU artists, venues, caterers, and more — who genuinely care about their couples and support one another behind the scenes.

There’s something really special about walking into a wedding day and seeing familiar faces you trust, collaborate well with, and truly enjoy being around. It makes the experience better for everyone, especially our couples.

Proud to be part of this Saint Louis wedding community and endlessly thankful for the amazing vendors I’ve met and loved working with along the way. 🫶

It's fine. I'm fine. 😢😭😭😭😭❤️ I photographed this wedding April 11th. I had their wedding edited in less than 2 weeks. Getting recognition on blending in with the wedding party had me in tears. Thank you for these kind words Victoria!
