How I imagine my clients talking about me… 😂

“She’s a little… unpredictable.”
“She had us doing WHAT?!”
“I definitely wasn’t expecting that.”
“But somehow… we laughed the entire time.” 😂

Kidding. Sort of. 😉

I may be a little bit of a wild card behind the camera, but there’s a method to the madness. I want my couples to laugh, loosen up, forget they’re being photographed, and actually have FUN.

Because the best photos aren’t always the perfectly posed ones. Sometimes they’re the ones where you’re laughing so hard you forget there’s a camera there. 🤍📸

So yes… I might make you do something ridiculous.

But I promise you’ll probably love the photo. 😉

9–5? Try 8 AM to midnight. 😂📸

Some days in the wedding industry look a little more like Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5… except the day starts early, ends late, and the work doesn’t always stop when you leave the venue.

Tonight was one of those nights. 💪🏼

I had to make sure the photobooth images went out, but the WiFi at the venue wouldn’t cooperate. So, after getting home, I uploaded everything and made sure the gallery was delivered. Because when I say I care about the experience my couples receive, I mean it. ❤️

It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s long days, troubleshooting WiFi, uploading galleries at midnight, and doing whatever it takes to make sure everything gets done.

But I wouldn’t trade this job for anything. 📸✨

Working 9 to 5… Dolly just forgot to mention the 8 AM–midnight wedding edition. 😂

Megan was an absolute joy to work with from the very beginning. We met with her about a year and a half before our wedding and pitched her a very non-traditional wedding day. We didn't have the typical ceremony and reception at a single venue that many photographers are used to, so there were a lot of moving parts and opportunities for things to feel chaotic. Instead of being hesitant, Megan was genuinely excited by the chance to get creative, and we immediately knew we had found the right photographer.
Throughout the entire planning process, Megan was kind, professional, and incredibly organized. She was always clear about what she needed from us, what we could expect from her, and communicated everything in a way that made us feel confident and prepared.
On our wedding day, she went above and beyond in every way. She didn't just take beautiful photos-she made everyone feel comfortable. She regularly checked in with our wedding party to make sure everyone was doing well, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed working with her. She made each of us feel special, confident, and at ease in front of the camera.
As someone who has always felt a little self-conscious being photographed, I especially appreciated how encouraging she was. She listened to our insecurities, coached us through posing, and somehow made everything feel natural instead of awkward.
