For the more formal, posed portraits, I'll walk you through every step and coach you along the way, so you never have that 'I don't know what I'm supposed to do' feeling. We'll also style every detail of your session to capture your unique personality, from location, to wardrobe, to poses and expressions. The last first day is already behind them.

March 5, 2021. Right in the thick of COVID. Masks on. The world a little upside down.

Deanna & Tyler were married at the courthouse in Edwardsville, and you know what? It was still magic.

Because when it comes down to it, the flowers, the dance floor, the big grand exits… those are beautiful extras. The real headline is two people choosing each other. On purpose. In any circumstance.

They made it special because it was theirs. Simple. Intentional. Proof that love doesn’t wait for perfect timing. It just shows up and says “I do.”
