Under 1 million is insulting to the fans for our best player. I saw a Reddit post where someone thought they saw Hartel and family at the airport flying to Germany yesterday. I hoped we at least get a farewell match.

AND the front office better have something lined up to quickly replace Hartel unlike we did with Jao. I love Becher as a player but we needed a true striker up top and we still don’t have that replacement. Letting our top goal scorer go for so cheap…sigh. I hope we aren’t back to our old ways.

I’m choosing to trust the front office on this for now. If we go back to losing now, I’ll be quite upset.

June 28, 2026 — CITY2 vs ATX2.

A shooting occurred outside Energizer Park during tonight’s CITY2 vs. ATX2 match. From everything we’ve heard, no one inside the stadium was injured — and that’s a direct result of how quickly and professionally everyone responded.

Hats off to , , and .police. Stadium staff immediately moved to protect players, officials, and every fan in that building. Officers secured the perimeter and had both suspects in custody. We’re grateful for all of them.

Wishing everyone who was there tonight peace of mind tonight. 💙⚽
