✨ Calling all couples who have been loving each other for a while now… ✨

Not the newly-in-love kind.

I’m talking about the couples who have lived some life together.

The ones who have built homes, raised kids, navigated ups and downs, laughed through chaos, and somehow still reach for each other at the end of the day.

The couples who know that love isn’t just butterflies ... it’s partnership, patience, and choosing each other again and again.

I’m looking for 10 couples age 45+ to help me expand the couples portion of my photography portfolio for Souls & Stories.

These sessions will be relaxed, playful, and focused on connection...no stiff posing, no awkward moments, just time together while I document the story that’s already there.

Because love at this stage of life deserves to be seen and celebrated too.

✨ Portfolio Session Offer

45min - 1 hour couples session
$300 (normally $500)

• natural outdoor setting (your home may be perfect for this)
• relaxed, connection-focused experience
• online gallery with high-resolution images
• print release

As a thank you for helping me build this part of my portfolio, each couple will also receive a gift card toward a future Souls & Stories session that can be used or gifted to someone they love.

I've never known motherhood to be about perfection, but is it beautiful? Absolutely.

Motherhood is carrying the heavy load, navigating messy terrain, and showing up regardless of how you feel. It's magical and exhausting in the very same breath.

Humanity rides on the hips of women who just do what needs to be done with full hearts, crowded minds, and endless hope that we will leave the world a better place for them.

It's time for a brief introduction.
I'm Rebecca Elizabeth, owner of Souls & Stories.
I'm local to Luray, Va and have been here in the valley my entire life. I've lived a lot of life here and started my photography journey in 2008. Things have certainly evolved to a much more niche passion for couples photography, but my root passion is simply human connection.

I would describe myself as a real, raw, and flowy creative. I love to go with the flow, don't overthink, let moments unfold.

Hello friends, and welcome.

Souls & Stories was created from a simple belief:
that photography is more than just pictures, it’s a way of preserving the moments that make up our lives.

The quiet connection between a couple.
The laughter of your children as they grow.
The way your family feels in this season of life.

My goal as a photographer is to capture those moments honestly and beautifully so you can hold onto them for years to come.

I offer natural, connection-focused photography for couples, families, seniors, and women who simply want to celebrate who they are in this moment of life.

I’m based right here in Stanley, Virginia, and I feel incredibly grateful to serve the community I call home.
