Beach Hack: The Dollar Tree Sand Eraser 🧽
Keep your car and home sand-free by keeping an exfoliating bath sponge from the dollar store in your beach bag. 🏖️☀️
When you are ready to leave the beach, use the dry, textured sponge to gently wipe any remaining sand off your skin. The abrasive surface of the sponge acts like a magnet, lifting stubborn, damp sand grains from your legs, arms, and feet much more effectively than a towel, which often just smears the sand around. It worked well for me on my most recent trip.
Pro Tip: Since these sponges are inexpensive and small, you can easily keep one in your car or beach bag all summer long. Once you get home, simply rinse the sponge with water and let it air dry so it’s ready for your next trip.
