The Unique and Gorgeous Asian Silk Tree!

The Albizia julibrissin, also known as the mimosa or silk tree, is a fast-growing, deciduous tree native to Asia. It's known for its fern-like leaves, fragrant pink flowers, and flat seed pods. Appearance: The tree can grow 10–50 ft tall, with a vase shape and umbrella-like crown. It has light brown, smooth bark with corky-looking spots, and multiple trunks. The fern-like leaves are 6–20 in long, with 10–25 pinnae and 40–60 tiny leaflets each.

Murphy River Walk Cleanup! Enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature in this video.

The last 3 years I have been cleaning up Rivers, Creeks, Parks and General areas!

I've done these cleanups all over Murphy, NC, Blue Ridge, GA, Copperhill, TN and surrounding areas throughout the 3 states.

Nobody has ever known that I've done these cleanups and that's the way I've always wanted it! I don't expect any recognition for what I do but I want to start sharing my cleanups to hopefully bring some Inspiration to others so they may want to do some of their own cleanups to help keep Nature clean and beautiful!

Some extra magic came from today's snow storm in Murphy, NC! **(2 Photos)**

I've been trying to capture a photo of a Pileated Woodpecker since I started photography! They are always so fast, move constantly and get scared easy but today this one gave me the photos I was always striving for.
