Eden Lense

I try to have them done in 2 weeks; however, life happens and I’m allowing myself a grace period. If I go over the 3 weeks guarantee your deposit will be returned.

• A contract will be E-signed prior to any payment of a deposit. This must be emailed to you. These are available to you always.

• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is needed at the time of any booking to secure your spot. This applies

to the total owed. Complete payment is due at the time of your shoot. Ask about payment methods.

• Failure to show up for a booking will result in forfeiting the deposit. A reminder will be sent out the day before your shoot and will be your opportunity to move the date should you need to do so. You will be able to reschedule at any point provided I have not driven out to the location.

• Rescheduling on my end, due to any reason, will result in either a 100% refund (Only time a deposit refund is also offered) or a 25% discount on the originally booked shoot upon securing a new date.

• Late arrival to shoots will cut into your time if it may cause another client’s time to be interrupted. You will not be compensated for lost time.

• I do offer prints on all packages and Albums on any Eden Package. Pricing varies and will be discussed upon booking. You are more than welcome to attain prints on your own, however, I have carefully selected a business that ensures no quality is lost on prints of my images.

• I will shoot events and the rate depends on the needs you have.

• I reserve the right to deny any session for any reason.

• I would highly recommend showing up to any shoot 10 minutes early. This allows time for any modifications that need to be made on either of our ends.

• I will always make suggestions on attire for a session if needed. I cannot and will not be held responsible if your choice of attire doesn’t adapt well to a scene. This especially applies to any themed sessions or mini sessions.

• I will not be responsible for someone refusing to smile or pose how you (or I) would like them to. I will always do my absolute best to provide a comfortable environment and encourage a candid and enjoyable outcome.

• Unless previously discussed I reserve the right to post these to the “Eden Lense” page.

• Use of any of my photos is strictly prohibited. This means any photo with my water mark. This includes editing of any kind (cropping, lighting, smoothing, etc.) Unmarked galleries will be delivered only to the Email given at time of signing & booking.

• I reserve the right to discontinue any session if I am made to feel there is any threat to any of our safety. This includes, but is not limited to, Weather concerns, strange occurrences, or odd behaviors. This form will be emailed at the time of each booking and must be replied to with a typed name and date as form of E-signing. All Terms and conditions will always be available to the public.
