I owe you all an apology...

If you have used my inquiry form, I didn't know. I thought I would receive an email each time, and I didn't, so I missed out on some opportunities and thought people didn't respond well to an inquiry form.

I am embarrassed, but I know now folks are using it! I've fixed it and I have toggled the email notification button!

Better late than never?

The inaugural One King Sports 15K point-to-point trail race from Horizons Church Lost Creek to the VA Park in Clarksburg, WV was a great success. I was bummed I couldn't run it but I was running my first marathon (!!) on October 5th (the day after), so it wasn't in my best interest to. I kept my idle hands busy with some photos and keeping up with folks as they crossed the finish line. I learned timekeeping for races is not for folks who struggle with wanting to make sure everyone is happy. *yikes

Anyway, please enjoy these late photos. Feel free, as usual, to tag away!

(this was going to be the end of my backlog, but I was about to get bored, so I went out and photographed a couple things yesterday even though no one asked because I love it)

Congratulations to my 2026 senior Alaina Kristin Bump

Alaina graduated this week from Heritage Christian School. She is the class of 2026 valedictorian!

Alaina’s valedictorian speech brought smiles and tears! I am so excited for this next step in her life as she pursues a career in education! Thank goodness because the world needs women like Alaina!

Alaina is beautiful, kind, and intelligent. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to photograph her to celebrate her senior year!
