Unboxing a diecast Sheriff from Pixar’s Cars! We hoped to have Michael Wallis, the voice of Sheriff, sign it but it arrived too late. Still, this little cruiser looks fantastic and we wanted to share it with everyone who loves Route 66, Pixar, and great collectibles.

Stopped by the Vintage Barbie Museum soft launch weekend for their newest exhibit: The Glass (Case) Menagerie!

Celebrating 20 years of Pixar’s Cars with Sheriff’s voice, Michael Wallis, at Tulsa’s Circle Cinema. The event also partnered with Magic City Books and the Oklahoma Route 66 Association.

Had the most ⚡️ ka-chow ⚡️ experience at Circle Cinema today seeing the 20th anniversary screening of Cars! 🚗

Don’t think it’s too common to be able to hear a characters voice that you’ve known for 20 years of your life as many times as we have, but since Michael Wallis lives in Tulsa, we try to get out to as many things as we can to see him!

It was double special to get an autograph, a photo, have an intro before the movie, and also watch it with him in the theater!

Glad we’ve been able to get out on the lake more this summer - always a great experience getting to rent kayaks from our friends over at Daisy Rentals based out of Claremore, OK!

There’s just something so calming about being out there with nothing but rippling water and open skies to quiet every thought.

We absolutely love that this is something we can experience without having to own any equipment ourselves. We just book our day and time and show up!

We will always take opportunities to shout out our favorite small businesses - especially when the people behind it have become friends and it’s just inspiring to watch people go for it ☺️
