‼️ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ‼️

I will no longer be posting young children’s faces on my photography business pages/social media.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home. So, we should probably talk about the recent federal court ruling involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material.. The court ruled that the federal government cannot criminalize the private, in home possession of obscene AI-generated CSAM under the statute at issue so anyone can go and use any picture of a child’s face or body and make child sexual abuse material and it is completely LEGAL.

That is enough for me to say I will not be a part of the problem. If our government and laws aren’t going to protect children from what AI can do with their images, then I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect them.

As a photographer, I feel incredibly blessed that families trust me with some of their most precious memories. Your children’s safety and privacy will always mean more to me than having a photo to post on my feed. 💗

I’ll still be sharing family sessions, but I’ll be much more intentional about what I post publicly, whether that means choosing images where children’s faces aren’t visible, sharing details, blurring faces, behind the scenes moments, or simply keeping certain galleries private.

How is it already September?! 😳🥹

I wanted to hop on here since I’ve been a little MIA throughout the month of August. After such a BUSY June & July, I needed to take a step back from social media, slow down, focus on editing, and catch my breath! Lol 🤯

I don’t talk about it much but my entire business stems from my faith in Jesus Christ. He has truly blessed Viola Grace Photography beyond anything I could have imagined when he first laid this blessing of a small business on my heart a little over a year ago. He doesn’t call the qualified, but he qualifies the called. 🙌

From every client, inquiry, booking & session- please know that you are thoughtfully prayed over. I truly believe the Lord has allowed me to not only bless you by capturing the memories and milestones that you’ll cherish forever, but He has also used each and every one of you to bless me and this small business in ways I could never fully put into words. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! 🥹 Thank you for trusting me with your memories, milestones, your families, your love stories & all of the little moments in between. It truly means more to me than you know!

June-August were SO busy with sessions, editing, and everything in between, but I’m feeling so excited for everything that’s ahead!
