🧡🎗️ DAY 30 — WE MADE IT. BUT WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. 🎗️🧡

For 30 days, we’ve shared real facts, real struggles, real hope, and real conversations about living with Multiple Sclerosis.

But Day 30 isn’t the finish line.

It’s the starting line for something bigger.

We’ve educated.
We’ve encouraged.
We’ve connected.
We’ve raised awareness.
We’ve reminded people living with MS that they do not have to walk this journey alone.

Because MS may affect our bodies, change our plans, and challenge us in ways others may never fully understand—but MS does NOT get the final word.

Together, we are building something stronger than a diagnosis: COMMUNITY. 🫂

A community where we speak up.
A community where we support one another.
A community where nobody has to suffer in silence.
A community where our stories become someone else’s hope.

📖 Philippians 4:13: “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

To everyone who read a post, shared one, commented, learned something new, encouraged somebody, or simply followed this journey:

THANK YOU. 🧡

The 30-Day MS Did You Know? Campaign may be ending…

🔥 BUT THE MOVEMENT IS NOT. 🔥

We’re going to keep educating.
Keep advocating.
Keep building.
Keep supporting.
Keep fighting.
And most importantly—KEEP WALKING TOGETHER.

🎗️ Different journeys. One community. One purpose. A world free of MS.

WE SEE YOU.
WE HEAR YOU.
WE SUPPORT YOU.
WE RISE TOGETHER. 🧡💪🏾

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 29 🧡

YOUR STORY CAN CHANGE SOMEONE’S LIFE. 🎗️

Sometimes we think our story is too messy, too painful, or too ordinary to matter. But somewhere, someone is experiencing the same fear, frustration, loneliness, or uncertainty you once faced—and your story may be exactly what they need to hear.

When we speak openly about living with MS, something powerful happens:

🗣️ Our words give hope.
🤝🏾 Our voices create connection.
🧡 Our honesty breaks isolation.
🔥 Our testimonies remind others to keep fighting.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before sharing your journey. You don’t need a perfect ending. Sometimes simply saying, “I’ve been there too, and I’m still here,” can change everything for someone who feels alone.

Your story can encourage the newly diagnosed.
Your story can comfort someone struggling in silence.
Your story can help families understand.
Your story can build community.
Your story can raise awareness.
Your story can save hope when someone is running out of it.

📖 Revelation 12:11: “They triumphed… by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”

Never underestimate what God can do with what you’ve survived. 🙏🏾

SPEAK. SHARE. INSPIRE.

You survived it.
You learned from it.
You’re still becoming because of it.

Now somebody else may find the courage to keep going because you were brave enough to tell your truth. 🧡🎗️

YOU MATTER. YOUR VOICE MATTERS. YOUR STORY MATTERS.

👇🏾 If you’re comfortable, share one thing your MS journey has taught you. Your words may be exactly what someone needs today.

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 28 🧡

THE STRENGTH WE NEVER KNEW WE HAD. 💪🏾🎗️

MS will introduce you to battles you never prepared for.

The sleepless nights.
The exhausting mornings.
The appointments.
The uncertainty.
The tears nobody saw.
The symptoms nobody understood.
The moments when you questioned whether you had anything left.

And yet…

YOU’RE STILL HERE.

Maybe you didn’t realize it while you were going through it, but every difficult day was revealing something inside you—a strength you never knew you had.

You adapted.
You learned.
You prayed.
You fell.
You got back up.
You kept moving.

And sometimes, simply refusing to quit was the victory. 🙏🏾

Strength doesn’t mean MS never knocks you down. Strength means you continue finding reasons to rise.

💪🏾 COURAGE when tomorrow is uncertain.
🧡 HEART when life gets heavy.
🔥 RESILIENCE when you’ve been knocked down again.
🙏🏾 FAITH when you can’t see the way forward.
🤝🏾 COMMUNITY when you need somebody beside you.
🌅 HOPE that better days are still ahead.

And never forget this: your strength isn’t only carrying YOU.

Someone is watching your journey right now who needs to know that surviving is possible. Your testimony could become the light that helps someone else find their way through the darkness.

📖 Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…”

You have survived 100% of your hardest days so far.

That deserves recognition. 🧡

YOU ARE STILL HERE.
YOUR STRENGTH IS REAL.
YOUR STORY HAS PURPOSE.
AND YOUR FIGHT IS NOT OVER.

WE SEE YOU. WE SUPPORT YOU. WE RISE TOGETHER. 🎗️🧡

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 27 🧡

HOPE IS REAL. RESEARCH IS MOVING. A CURE IS POSSIBLE. 🎗️

Living with MS can sometimes make the future feel uncertain. But uncertainty does not mean there is no reason to hope.

Every study. Every clinical trial. Every researcher. Every advocate. Every person brave enough to share their MS story is helping move us closer to something better.

Progress is happening. And we have every reason to KEEP BELIEVING. 🙏🏾

Hope isn’t pretending MS isn’t difficult. Hope is looking MS directly in the face and saying:

“This story isn’t finished yet.”

We raise awareness because it matters.
We advocate because it matters.
We support research because it matters.
We share our stories because WE matter.

And while we continue fighting for better treatments, better accessibility, better representation, and better quality of life, we will never stop believing in the ultimate goal:

🎗️ A WORLD FREE OF MS.

📖 Romans 15:13: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him…”

To every person living with MS: keep going. Your life has purpose beyond this diagnosis. Your story is contributing to a movement bigger than any one of us.

🔥 HOPE FUELS PROGRESS.
🔥 PROGRESS CREATES CHANGE.
🔥 CHANGE MOVES US CLOSER TO A CURE.

We don’t know when that day will come—but until it does, we keep believing, we keep advocating, we keep supporting research, and we keep fighting TOGETHER. 🧡

A CURE IS POSSIBLE.
WE CAN GET THERE TOGETHER. 🎗️

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 26 🧡

MEDICAL TRAUMA IS REAL. HEALING IS POSSIBLE. 🎗️

Living with MS often means spending a lot of time inside hospitals, doctors’ offices, infusion centers, therapy clinics, testing rooms, and emergency rooms.

And sometimes, the places we go to for healing can leave wounds of their own.

Being dismissed.
Not being believed.
Feeling rushed or unheard.
Having your symptoms minimized.
Going through frightening procedures.
Receiving life-changing news.
Fighting just to get someone to understand that something is wrong.

Those experiences can stay with you.

Medical trauma can show up as anxiety before appointments, fear of procedures, anger, exhaustion, avoiding care, or simply struggling to trust the healthcare system again.

But hear this:

YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
YOUR HEALING MATTERS.
YOU MATTER. 🧡

Healing doesn’t mean pretending something never happened. It can mean learning to advocate for yourself, asking questions, bringing someone you trust to appointments, finding providers who listen, protecting your peace, and giving yourself permission to process what you’ve experienced.

And remember: one bad experience does not mean you have to settle for bad care forever.

You deserve healthcare where you are heard, respected, informed, included, and treated like a person—not just a diagnosis.

📖 Psalm 147:3: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

If the healthcare system has ever made you feel powerless, remember—you still have a voice. You still have choices. And you still deserve compassionate care.

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU IS PART OF YOUR STORY, BUT IT DOESN’T GET TO WRITE THE REST OF IT. 🙏🏾🧡

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
WE SEE YOU. WE SUPPORT YOU. WE RISE TOGETHER. 🎗️

👇🏾 For those comfortable sharing: What is one thing you wish healthcare providers better understood about living with MS?

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 25 🧡

STRENGTH WE NEVER KNEW WE HAD. 💪🏾🎗️

Nobody asks for MS. Nobody wakes up and chooses the pain, fatigue, uncertainty, appointments, setbacks, or the battles nobody else can see.

But somewhere along this journey, something happens…

We discover a version of ourselves we didn’t know existed.

A strength that gets up after falling.
A courage that faces another uncertain day.
An adaptability that learns a new way when the old way no longer works.
A resilience that says, “I’m still here.”

MS may test us in ways we never imagined, but it can also reveal just how much fight, faith, courage, compassion, and purpose we carry inside us.

Some days you may not feel strong. But remember—strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes strength is making it through the day. Sometimes it’s asking for help. Sometimes it’s resting. Sometimes it’s crying, praying, and getting back up tomorrow.

And sometimes your greatest strength becomes something even bigger:

YOUR STORY BECOMES SOMEONE ELSE’S SURVIVAL GUIDE. 🧡

Someone needs to see that you kept going. Someone needs to hear how you survived what you thought would break you. Someone needs the hope your story can provide.

📖 Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

You’ve fought battles nobody saw.
You’ve survived days nobody understood.
You’ve adapted when life forced you to change.

And you’re STILL HERE.

Never underestimate the strength inside of you.

💪🏾 YOU’VE FOUGHT.
🔥 YOU’VE FALLEN AND RISEN.
🙏🏾 YOU’VE KEPT THE FAITH.
🧡 YOU’VE KEPT GOING.

YOUR JOURNEY HAS PURPOSE. YOUR STORY MATTERS. YOUR BEST IS STILL AHEAD.

🧡 ONE MONTH STRONG — AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED! 💪🏾

This Wednesday, The Bro’s: Living With MS celebrates our 1-month anniversary! 🙌🏾 What started as a vision is becoming a real brotherhood, and every week we’re getting stronger, closer, and better.

God is truly blessing this support group, bringing Black men with MS together to talk, encourage one another, and remind each other that we don’t have to fight this battle alone. 🙏🏾

Here’s to 1 month of brotherhood, support, real conversations, and growth — with many more to come!

WE GOT US! 🧡💪🏾
Together, we are stronger. Together, we keep fighting.

🧡 MS DID YOU KNOW? — DAY 24 🧡

OUR JOURNEY DOESN’T DEFINE OUR FUTURE — OUR CHOICES DO. 🎗️

MS can change the plan.
MS can change the pace.
MS can even change the person you thought you would become.

But MS does NOT get the final say over your future.

We may not get to choose this diagnosis, the symptoms, the flare-ups, or the difficult days—but we still have choices.

💪🏾 We can choose hope over fear.
🧡 We can choose progress over perfection.
🙏🏾 We can choose faith over uncertainty.
🧠 We can choose to protect our peace.
🤝🏾 We can choose people who pour into us.
🎯 We can choose to keep pursuing purpose—even if the path looks different than we imagined.

Your diagnosis is something that happened in your story. It is not the ending of your story.

Maybe you can’t go back and rewrite the beginning. That’s okay. You still have the pen in your hand for what comes next. ✍🏾

📖 Joshua 1:9: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

So today, make one choice that moves you forward. It doesn’t have to be huge. One decision. One goal. One step. One day at a time.

YOU ARE STILL BECOMING.
YOU ARE STILL ENOUGH.
YOUR BEST DAYS CAN STILL BE AHEAD. 🧡

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. YOU HAVE CHOICES. YOU HAVE POWER. 🎗️

👇🏾 What is ONE choice you’re making today for the future you still believe in?
