$500 For 4.5 hours of posed pre-wedding portraits, getting ready shots, the details, ceremony, and reception or $125 an hour every hour leading up to, and after 4.5 hours
Weddings get: High Resolution Digital Photos on CD for you to print as many images as you want in any size you want! You don’t have to buy anything extra from me. If you want more 5x7 you can go print as many as you want, wherever you want. Portrait Session fee of 50% of total service fees are due upon booking your session at the time of your pre-session consultation. If notified 24 hours can be transferred to another day. In the case of inclement weather (raining AT the time of shooting or else decided BY Hollingsworth Freelance) the client can choose to proceed with shoot at a 25% discount (not applicable on events) or have their Portrait Session Fee Refunded (this is the only instance of a refund by Hollingsworth Freelance). Copyrights of photos. I still retain the original copyright on all images. Clients are allowed upload the WEB CD files to social networks with certain limitations listed here. Clients must tag Hollingsworth Freelance Facebook or website on ANY PHOTOS posted ANYWHERE on the internet. Clients are not allowed to remove or crop out “Hollingsworth Freelance” on the photos. Clients are not allowed to enter my photos into contest or otherwise draw a profit from them. If a client does then they are breaking the law and I will pursue the proper course of action. Because the copyright are still in my possession I am entitled to used your photos in my portfolio, printed and online (i.e. website). If you do not wish your photos displayed in this way, or want to use you photos in ways that are above listed as prohibited, contact me and things will be discussed on a as needed, per case, basis.
