More than just a headshot.

Your personal brand isn’t just about what you do—it’s about who you are.

People connect with people before they connect with businesses. A strong branding session captures your confidence, personality, leadership, and the story behind your work.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, executive, consultant, or creative, your images should communicate more than a professional appearance. They should show the person clients want to trust.

Because your brand is you.

On June 27, As You Are launched with a brunch of 40 women across three generations — leaders and doers who arrived electric and left connected and accountable to act. The heart was a panel of seven women exploring what it means to be seen, to empower others, and to serve women: Nicole Simmons (moderator), Ashleigh Jones, Erin Drez, Ellie White-Stevens, Nora Borcea Pullen, Zanna Wolfgang, and Maricela Laverde. Their honesty caught the whole room like magic. That morning, a movement to celebrate women exactly as they are — not someday, now — began.

At seventeen, Paulo Coelho had one dream: to become a writer.
His parents had a different plan. When he refused to let go of it, they had him committed to a psychiatric institution, not once but three times. Inside those walls, he underwent electroconvulsive therapy. He was a teenager. His only real crime was seeing the world differently.
He survived. He never stopped writing.
In 1987, he sat down and wrote a simple story about a shepherd boy who leaves everything he knows to chase a dream across the desert. He wrote it in fourteen days, pouring into those pages everything he had ever felt about fear, faith, and the courage to keep going.
He called it The Alchemist.
A small Brazilian publisher agreed to print it. Then quietly watched it fail. The shelves sat undisturbed. Sales were almost nonexistent. The publisher dropped the book and returned the rights to Paulo.
The experts had spoken. The book was a flop.
Paulo had survived far worse than a rejection letter.
He found a second publisher willing to take a chance. What happened next was not a marketing explosion or a celebrity endorsement. It was quieter and far more powerful. One person read it and felt something shift. They passed it to a friend. That friend passed it to another. A whisper became a conversation. A conversation became a movement.
The Alchemist traveled from the streets of Brazil to the desks of world leaders, to the backpacks of students with enormous dreams and no money. It has now sold over 150 million copies and been translated into more than 80 languages, one of the most widely read books in human history.
The parents who feared his imagination raised one of the most influential storytellers who ever lived. The publisher who called his book a failure handed him back the manuscript that would outlast them both.
There is a line in that book that Paulo clearly lived before he ever wrote it:
""When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.""
He did not just write those words. He earned them.
Whatever you are carrying right now, the doubt, the closed doors, the voices that said you were not enough, remember this: the world has been wrong about people like you before.
Keep going. Your story is not finished yet.

I’ve been working on something that’s been on my heart for years.
A community.
A reminder for women everywhere.
I can’t wait to share it.
🤍
What’s one thing you wish women heard more often?
