As of Saturday the South Park Historical District stage has been put together. This year's play is Love's Labour's Lost. The play is free but donations are encouraged to keep the play going.

If you have ever bought a bunk bed and ran into the up charge of buying bunkie boards. This is what's inside if them. So expensive, so im repairing this full size version. Also I upgraded the feet since the last set got broken and started digging into the wood floors. Edit: Finished off the repair Sunday. Recycled some wood and replaced the broken carboard and restapled the fabric and tags for the fix.

Behold my angry credit card buy...lol. I had a flood light I've used for years. It caught fire in both lamps at the start of a fix.

Washing machine fix up. Washer drained but no spin. Both pulleys were damaged. One a large chip out of it and the other shattered w/ with a broken wire. Had some issues getting the parts in and one of the metal parts didn't have a replacement listed. I was able to take my time during lunch at work to form the bent part back into shape. Now, gotta put it all back in place and test out.

I got a birthday present from a stranger...😆 I hit Gatlinburg,TN on a wild 24hr trip. We desided to hotel in Knoxville but the room wasn't ready yet. Stopped in to a bar called the Y Not. Two skateboarders were talking about a church with a skate park in it in St Louis, MO that just burned down. I say, I never even got to skate it going home. Both guys look at each other. One guy asked, do you still skate? I say no, I gave my last board to my youngest. I resently tossed my back and tore a muscle in my leg. But, after I heal up Mike's bike park and skate shop is down the street.. He asked what was your set up? I say 8.5 deck, 149mm venture or independent hollow trucks, no riser , spitfire wheels ABC5 reds bearings. The guy gets up and says come on out to the car. I get out there and he starts looking for a 8.5 deck, grabs some 149mm venture trucks a pack of reds bearings and cuts off some grip tape and hands me a tool. I'm just floored at this point. I ask how much... He said its yours just keep skating. Folks as soon as I get 100% with my back and leg healing im so hitting the skate park.

Me at AAA in Huber at 4am to use their air compressor since I can't fire up mine that early. I had a nail in the back tire and a philps screw in the front drivers side. This tire patch kit has been getting some use.

This lasagna dinner was great. I don't normally eat sald, unless it's fresh. I ate every bit of it. I also ordered more garlic rolls, they are so good.
