I have a long-standing interest in photography. Two things I really have a deep love for are ~ helping animals and taking photographs. There are so many dogs and cats without forever loving home

s and it just breaks my heart. Every print I sell a portion of the proceeds will go to Animal Rescues. In my spare time, I love capturing all kinds of nature, including animals, flowers, landscapes, wildlife, sunsets, oceans and so much more. There is so much beauty in the world we live in. Sometimes I capture the moment with my camera and other times I just take it all in. Nothing wrong with either choice. You know when you take pictures of the things we love, because some part of us is afraid of losing those special moments? A photograph, becomes a way of holding on. When an image is stripped down to Black and White, there is no distraction with color, the true feeling steps forward.

This beautiful samoyed looks different too! You can see the curves of her fur, the gentleness in her eyes, and the joy she brings you. It's almost like she knows how deeply loved she is........

I’m a mountain loving gal making a simple, meaningful life here in Colorado with my husband and our rescue dogs. Photography has been part of my heart for as long as I can remember, and two things I truly have a love for ...... Caring about animals and capturing the world through my lens.

There are so many dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes they deserve. That’s why a portion of every print I sell goes directly to animal rescue ...... it’s my way of giving back to the souls who give us so much love.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me outside, camera in hand or simply soaking in the moment. I love photographing nature in all its forms, animals, flowers, landscapes, wildlife, sunsets, oceans, mountains. There’s endless beauty in this world, and sometimes I capture it, sometimes I just take it in. Both feel right.

My hope is that something in my work speaks to your heart and brings a smile to your face.

It’s Friday! Go do one thing today that makes you feel alive. I just did, my husband and I took our dogs on their morning hike. It was snowing, blowing and cold. I feel alive now. LoL. 🙂
